Step 1
Make sure your skin is freshly cleansed, exfoliated (24 hours prior) and dry. Apply 1-3 pumps on our Application Mitt, using long, sweeping circular motions when applying mousse to skin. Smooth on evenly and blend thoroughly. Apply around knuckles, knees, ankles and elbows using left over mousse that is on your application mitt at the end of application.

Tips: Apply a light coat of lotion before application to the following areas: elbows, ankles, inside of hands and around cuticles. Lightly wipe these areas after application with a makeup wipe.

Step 2
Depending on the development time you chose, Rapids can be rinsed off in 2-5 hours, overnight solutions must be left on for 8-10 hours.

Rapid shower guide:

2 Hours for a light glow

3 hours for a medium color

4 hours for dark

6-8 hours for ultra dark

At desired development time, shower in lukewarm water. Do not use soap or lotion for first shower.

Step 3
Your tan will continue to develop over the next 24 hours. Use a spray tan safe moisturizer or Gradual Tanning Lotion daily to prolong and maintain your tan!
